Lost Battle although Pirate Hall has not been destroyed

I've just got plundered and defeated, but when i check the battle replay, it shows that all the opponent army has been destroyed and my pirate hall is still standing.

Is it possible to win a battle without destroying the pirate hall as i though the minimum condition to get 1 star in order to success is to destroy the opponent pirate hall?

 

Thanks for the clarification, I thought minimum requirement is to destroy pirate hall first whereby other condition are just to full fill the stars.
