Im using a Samsung Galaxy S3 with andriod os 4.4.2. Have been having problems with exploration with the ship. Everytime i hit the button to explore the load screen pops up like normal then freezes and the game crashes and have to restart the app. Have been in touch with support and have done what they have suggested of reinstalling the game, clearing cache data, and download data and nothing seems to work. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks for you time.
Hmm, I'll let the coders know - we did have an issue with some Android devices crashing on the exploration map some months ago, sounds like it may be something similar.
