Define your guild rules/expectations/requirements (look through other recruitment threads) Get yourself a signature banner that shows off your guild (there are threads on this) Outline what you have to offer new members Regularly post guild achievements, and lastly Be patient, recruiting and keeping regular active members is hard work Good luck...
