Black Velvet finished yesterday evening the event and many went home right after we finished. One of our event guild players, I am Groot, a ph 8, left from the guild and forgot to claim his gem reward. He just noticed it . He is in MoonShiners. Is it possible that he still gets the 1200 gems he has worked hard for?? He sent a ticket with his exact token score. Can you please help him?? @Lynsey [Midoki]
I've spotted his ticket in the support queue, I'm sure it'll be looked into - I can't say for sure if he'll get the gems, it'll depend at what point he left the guild, I imagine.
