We had some dude with 300 plus troops donated to him but not one donated in return. Looking for a replacement with a generous nature!

This is experienced in a lot of guilds; and is also as bad, where some members are donating too many as well... there needs to be balance. Unfortunately I have no answer, except that a guild need the strong leaderships of a captain and sometimes decisions can be tough...
