Original title: [1.3.5] Minor GFX Bug - Upgrading Mines Show No Construction Zone When you're upgrading Mines, there is no roped off area and no builder working on it, but it does in fact occupy a builder. I didn't pay attention when I initially built/placed my Mines and Mystic Mines to know if the same bug applies for the level 1 purchase.
Partially fixed, the mines are roped off but there is still no builder working on it (still does occupy a builder).
Question: how exactly would a worker be working on a mine? "Yeah lets just hit this thing with a hammer a bunch of times!" like they do on the other buildings seems...well...misguided. I understand why they skipped animation on these particular things, rather than making a custom building animation just for mines.
Well just bashing a building doesn't make it construct either so... The problem for me is inconsistency.
