[1.7.1]Guild Perk Cooldown reduced!

    Do you and your guild mates sit forlornly during perk cool downs, longing once more for punchier pirates and shorter recruitment times?

    Well, be forlorn no more, as the Guild Perk cool downs have been massively reduced down from 2 hours to 3 minutes! Work as a team and you can always benefit from perks!
