Brute used Bring It On! during an attack on me but the animation decided to stick around. Permanently. It will stay even after getting out of Plunder Pirates and back in, the only way to get rid of it is to force close Plunder Pirates and relaunch it. Repeatable using this replay after relaunching and also repeatable by others in my guild watching the replay I posted to chat. Does not happen to all instances of Bring It On, in fact nearly none of them. iPhone 6, iOS 8.3
