[1.9.1] Relinquishing Captaincy Demotes To Cabin Boy

    At Aussie, we've been having a couple of captain changes as our work schedules change.
    Promoting someone else to Captain should demote you to First Mate, not Cabin Boy. Anyone that has been Captain before surely deserves the First Mate rank.

    Not sure if it's a bug, but I agree it needs fixing. Also, this behavior existed long before the 1.9.1 update.
