Having a look around at my guild members' bases and noticed this. Romeo Boomer is not standing on the fort but it appears his bomb sparks are still getting juggled around by thin air. Seen the same by multiple people on multiple devices. He's not online at present so I'm not sure if his Romeo is active, exhausted or recovering.
