2.3.1 Troubleshooting

Help! I'm still getting validation errors after downloading!

You need to make sure that you're downloading 2.3.1, NOT 2.3.0.

My store still has 2.3.0 on, not the newer version

If you fully close/force close the Play Store, when you re-open it and search for Plunder Pirates, it should have the 2.3.1 version.

I uninstalled and reinstalled, and now I've lost my island!

If you play through the tutorial, you'll get to the Google Play login option. If you've previously logged into Google Play (as recommended), your island's progress will have been saved, and your island will be reloaded.

If you haven't used Google Play to save your progress, the process will take longer - you'll need to send an email with your details to support@rovio.com, who may ask you several questions in the name of account security. Once your details have been verified, your request will be added to the customer support queue.
