I have a level 7 tavern to upgrade but says I need 5 outhouses but when you click on buildings, it says you have already built the maximum, but I only have four outhouses?! I thought it would be locked since my pirate hall is level and might unlock for pirate hall level 7, it's just not the case here....
Pirate hall level 7 allows you to build outhouse number 5 click on the upgrade button for your PH and it will list all the buildings available to you after the upgrade
