A "rally" of some sort

We could have an ability to redirect all our Pirates to a certain point during battle. This would be useful for Brutes, Thieves etc. who have favorite targets. Best used for Pirate Halls or Mortars. We could have it cooldown for a few sec.

 

Mind you, look at Get Over Here for Ching Shih...
