it would be cool to have a spot in the forums just for your guild. Sync the forum username with the plunder pirates username and show a new forum just for your guild whatever that may be. You only see your own guild and no one else's. Inside the forum could be threads for things like mirroring the chat within plunder pirates, special stats for the guild and members as well as being able to create new threads that only your guild members who use the forum can see. You can Discuess strategy like a guild approved map layout or just general strategy/talking
There are a lot of guilds who have their own forums/websites pretty much the way you described. Except content from the game isn't synced into the forum, BUT that is what we have spreadsheets for (ours is under construction *poke* @Kelani).
