account lost

    Since the update i have lost my account i play since 1 year on game and now i m return on the beginning can you help me i ve already posted 2 mail to support but actually i ve no reply

    complete the tutorial and then log in to your google account

    Already done and instaed to load the old account they save the new

    Ahoy captain laig,

    Unfortunately we can't do anything until we receive the ticket from Rovio support. Hopefully we'll have you back plundering soon!

    Did you log in to Google Play when you first started playing? Because as Prak Tikle said, your progress should have been saved there, and reloaded when you logged back in after the tutorial.
