Ahoy captain laig, Unfortunately we can't do anything until we receive the ticket from Rovio support. Hopefully we'll have you back plundering soon! Did you log in to Google Play when you first started playing? Because as Prak Tikle said, your progress should have been saved there, and reloaded when you logged back in after the tutorial.
