With the announcement of upcoming platinum outfits and with the thread on number of days in piracy I got thinking. Can there be some reward for those of us who've been in the game for a certain amount of time. You can gem success and rapid building; you can't gem commitment. So, a platinum statue perhaps? Or even a statue that upgrades with each year of game commitment. Nothing major, just a little "thank you" and something extra for the island.
We can look into this - I know that we're having to be careful about adding extra objects to the island now (as we're kind of capped from expanding for the time being due to the distribution of older devices amongst the playerbase), but we might be able to squeeze in an extra decoration. No promises though!
You already have the Tinto statue decoration (for destroying all forts on west map) - you could allow it to be changed (like flag pole) with other characters unlocked per time interval reached. That way you wouldn’t need any extra buildings - but ppl could still display their ‘length in piracy’
