Yes, a few more details on this guy will help others here. His current name will be added to the blacklist, and we will all watch out for him. Sorry to hear about the kicks. Why you only promote long trusted pirates. And good to have an emergency plan in case of a mass kick. We have folks get in touch with us on Red Flag Fleet 2, on this forum or on Groupme as our emergency backup in case someone goes rogue. Plus when you promote, make everyone first mate you promote. First mates can not kick other first mates. Hope your guild can recover from it... @Lynsey [Midoki] when are those guild management upgrades going to be added?

Great advice Tim... The lack of a way to reach out to kicked members to invite back was unforeseen.. But looking back it should have been. Recruiting is so difficult in this game when just starting out it is frustrating to loose solid crew members like this. A couple came back but unfortunately a few left because they felt frustrated about the kicks and before we could explain and realize what happened.. Glad to know the warning helped... Hopefully he has already changed his name once and the gem cost to change his name again is prohibitive.

I have to agree with @Tim Thomas make your KEY members ALL first mates. Then the only way for them to be removed is if the Captain does it. No wories then
