Ooo so I thought requirements with EP and BP for buildings actually needed the amount to build say something needed 150 I just thought we need to be at 150 not that it costs 150. It doesn't bother me it was just a suprise at first, guess I should start attacking people for the BP now! Just thought I'd mention it so maybe it could be made clearer for game release.
Yes, think of them as extra resources. There are new features coming that will make use of them. Thanks for the suggestion on making it more clear!
