It would be great if chat was available as troops cook for each segment of a streak, particularly during a rumble, it would help 1. pass the time 2. keep in touch with other members of the Guild, donate troops etc. Thanks
I could see a possibility for donating troops during the rehire phase causing issues if they don't diligently debug that, but there's no reason to not at least have chat access.
Yes, chat would be nice, and chat without donate would not alter strategic balance. Even just being able to say "I can't help, I'm streaking" could be useful.
Chat during streaks would be nice, it is a bit quiet when everyone is streaking. I think the game is less fun this way. Guildmembers are isolated during streaks which is not a good thing for the game i.m.o.
