Cannot open my game. Says: Under Attack, 0s remaining.

I can play this on one iPad but not the other....which is still under attack: 2s remaining. When I click Visit to check on my quarantined island, all my mines are in place. When they're gone, I'll panic! Current honour is 201 which will be my key indicator for whether or not I've been successfully raided. Just screenshot it in case I need to prove a downward trend. Groundhog Day!!!!!
