Probably more laziness that they can’t be bothered. just like they can’t be bothered to even acknowledge when you send them a big pub problem in the in game help, which for a company is rather rude, even a thank you we will look into it or something would have been nice Rather than nothing at all.
hmmm I think personally I’ll have to agree with @WOLLIMAUS - there’s nothing more irritating than a person who doesn’t bother to read requests! sure most of the time i’ll accept anything that ppl are generous enough to offer, but if I take the trouble to make a specific request (especially if i’m trying to feed WDs to myself during still standing) - then receiving a bunch of random cr*p is most definitely unwelcome. It would be wonderful if the request/donation UI could be updated to only allow the desired selection!
