It can be tough to quickly check when the next builder is finishing. Suggestion 1: make the timer bubbles for builders, training, and recruiting be different colors (and slightly different shapes, for the color blind.) Suggestion 2: Tap the builder count oval in the upper right to show what all the builders are doing and how long they are occupied for.
