Cosmetic individualization of bases (not visible during an actual attack)

It should be possible to allow players to purchase cosmetic design themes for their bases. I've seen this previously discussed and rejected by Midoki because it could confuse attackers. So simply disable the theme when viewed by a player scouting it for an attack.

 

That would be kinda weird don't you think? Just enjoy the looks of you new PH or Gold mine
