Finish (Battle) Option

    Is there any benefit of choosing the "Finish" Battle option vs. allowing for complete destruction? Will this save some of our Pirates from needing to be replenished?

    Any pirates that land ashore will not be returned. I use the Surrender flag when I get passed 50%, no grog or gold left and I want to start rebuilding troops for the next battle.

    Finish is merely there to get out of the fight before the timer counts down. For example, you have one Buccaneer hacking away at the PH and he's never going to take it down in the minute left before the fight finishes. The button just saves you waiting

    Need the BP in a BIG way. So I never surrender unless I am certain there is no chance for more stars :rolleyes:
