Game stuck on loading screen

• I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005
• Version of android is 4.4.2.
• When I start game, I get stuck on loading screen with this message: "You are under attack! Time remeanining: 0s". This is the first time that I was attacked because I just started playing this game. Here are and screen shoot of my problem

 

It's not just android...been like that for 7-8 hours for me...lost track

 

It's a server issue affecting both OS.

 

I hope this will be fixed soon

 

Now it's OK. I'm in the game
