Gems Sold Out - Cant buy more Gems

Hi,
I play your beautiful adictive game on an Android BQ Aquaris E6 mobile phone running Android 4.4.2 latest version available from manufactor.
I have in the last 3 months purchase gems 3 times, but right now, after the last update, i cant purchase any gems. It says Sold Out.

There is also another bug in my mobile phone that also happens in my girlfriends phone (BQ Aquaris 5.7), after we watch an advertising video to get bonus, we dont get any bonus. In my tablet this doesnt happen, i get some bonus in the end.

I've had the gems sold out message before. It fixed itself in a day or so, but here's some more info...

Yeah, looks like it. I would assume there is a similar process to uninstall and reinstall on android tho? assuming it hasn't fixed itself by now...
