   Hi, sorry to hear you're having this issue. If you would like to follow these instructions it should rectify the problem
   
   1) sync the game with GameCenter and Uninstall app
   2) System settings > Restrictions off
   3) Shut down device and Restart
   4) Reinstall and log into GameCenter.
