Funny, I thought clearing the rocky outcrops would yield a bit of gold, grog, etc., as well. Mainly because some are wicked cheap, whereas others are irrationally expensive! What gives?

Maybe they'll load a fresh crop onto the island spaces... unless yours is full of piratey things already? Tough call... I stopped clearing mine, luckily, and have quite a few left.
If they implement this. I hope rocks will regenerate. Because I keep my island clean as a baby's bottom .
