Good suggestion to do that. For me it wasn't an issue because a) I'd already uncovered those ships and (far more importantly) b) my memory is mush and I'd forget locations immediately, and c) what was I saying???

 

Well, you can always go crazy with spoils in the spoiler forum . Then at least all the must is in the same location.

I just took out the higher level ghost ship that Edouble2675 mentioned.
I lost 23 pirates including the single Priestess I'd included in the crew!!! Yow!!!

I didn't even read this forum when I attacked the 4 star ghost ship. I took 10 juggs (level 1) and 20 gunners (level 14). And won.. They killed something like 5 juggs and 13 gunners I believe. Can't remember what the loot was.

An easy mistake to make. If I didn't make mistakes I'd never do anything at all!

 

Took 10 level 2 Juggs and 30 level 16 Gunners to the level 4 ghost ship and came back with 1 Jugg & 2 Gunners

Loot was 30K Grog, 600 EP (wish they were BPs) and 2 Gems

 

Ouch, your boys just did the job! Nice plunder. Good work!!!

 

ooph, that 4 star ghost ship is a beast. destroyed me without a hint of success. guess i'll come back later...

 

You don't lose the grog or gold in your stores during maintenance, just have to wait until the maintenance is over, and then everything should be just as you left it. As far as upgrade costs, I worked in the beginning to build up my gold & grog stores, as well as the mines/distilleries so now my production rates are very high and I can easily save up for the larger purchases. Personally, I found that very successful. I have 3 gold mines & 3 grog distilleries each at level 5 or 6, and 2 of each storage places, all at level 5. Best of luck, matey!

 

There's a square on the map under the Aztec statue I don't think I'll be able to reveal as I can't get next to it.

 

I have the distance to move into a space next to it but the ones I've reviled next to the one I have the problem with are all land ones and the only way I can be next to the problem square is diagonally which wont unlock it!
