Heh. Ground Pounder. That's what a buddy of mine called his heavyset wife.

 

I optimize my base to get as much Ground Pounder action as possible!

 

Same here. Ground pounder us awesome. I just wish I could have 2.... Or 4....

 

1 in each direction with the spread of say.... A bunker would be cool.

I have a great replay of some noob dumping all his troops in front of my base. Replay was 26 seconds lol, cause the pounder in conjunction with the mystic mine stun locked his whole army as he got pounded, and mortared to death. I think he actually got 20k in resources, which payed for maybe 3 jugs.

 

I'd swap all defenses for 4 regular mortars and 4 mystic mortars

 

Replays are sometimes even more fun than plundering others yourself

 

What makes this even better is this was retaliation from this guy. I wanted to retaliate myself and couldn't. So I went back in my log, sure enough I hit this guy this morning for 800 ish in resources hehe.

Ground Pounder is defiantly a game changer for sure. Probably the biggest determining factor that one should evaluate before attacking a base.

 

Agreed. I still see a lot of unprotected GP's and it boggles the mind.
