Guild "open" but no "join" option

I was told to seek out and join a particular guild but when it comes up in my search, there is no join button on the guild summary screen. The guild status say that it is open to all. Please help.

 

You may be too low of a rank. Or the guild could be full.

 

It appears to be a rank issue. I am ranked 231 and they require a minimum 300. Guess I need to get in a few more attacks. Thanks for the suggestion.
