I propose that all cannon of a gun tower can all focus on one target, provided that there is only one target left. I find it peculiar when there is only one target and only on of the Gun Towers cannon is shooting at it, why not all the cannons? This will make Gun Towers more viable in defence against Brutes or Jugs.
Has this behavior been confirmed? If so, this sounds like more of a bug than intended behavior. I agree absolutely, all available guns should open up on any lingering SOB who's wandering around your island.
Yes, I touched on it earlier this week and it came up in a Battle Strategy post. It could be an intended limitation of the Gun Tower, or an oversight by the coding team. @Lynsey [Midoki], would you be able to comment as to whether this is a feature or a bug?
