Rumbling daily is usually the way to go with active and elite guilds. Being able to hold a strong competition every rumble with a strong core is really fun, and especially when you can win most. However, all guilds get rewards for a rumble, regardless of position, so you can also rumble daily, with no stress, if you don't have the approach of winning all. If not daily, 5 times a week also works, for those that have priorities on the weekends, but can manage to score on most weekdays. You can use the weekend to relax, and be back on board the following week. Three times a week is also very effective, as it allows for players to not have to score big consistently, and also supports the guild, as you can count on higher scores more regularly. Even after all this, the final decision should be based on what your guild mates want.
