Hi, all I am sorry to say that I could not enjoy the new version with my ipad. I play it well at this morning, but after I download the new version, and kick the icon, it crashes, fails to operate. Is regard the version of ipad, now I still use the version of 7.1.2. Does it matter? Does anyone have same problem with me? Please help, thanks.
Ahoy, Sorry to hear about your problem - it's not one that we're getting a lot of reports about. Could you please send details to support@rovio.com, including your device model, iOS version, island and guild names? If you can upgrade your OS to the current 9.1, I'd recommend it.
Hi all, I have report it to support department, and wait to see what is going on. It is oddly that I could play in my iPhone 5s(iOS 7.1), but couldn't play at ipad(iOS 7.1.2).
I had some problems before a device shut down and restart. After I did that no problems yet. Mine was locking on the startup screens, sometimes even on the white rovio background.
