I personally enjoy meeting people from all over the world, and this game has done just that. The unfortunate part of that is funding perks gets a bit tricky. A suggestion I have would be that all players, would be able to donate to perks through guild hall. Once donated it can't be removed, and it would take 5% from players donations until filled. Obviously, the percentage would have to fluctuate depending on guild size. Guilds with 50/50 would benefit with lower donation %'s, but smaller guilds would still have perks funded equally.
