I have a problem with the level ranking. It does not represent the true level of the player. Example, I get attacked 10 times overnight by players who launch no pirates and I go up 140. I even made the top 200 overnight without even firing a defensive shot. Lots of players drop way down to feed on the weak, and I'll admit I do it too. Suggest putting a restriction on minimum level, tied into Pirate Hall level. Give the newbies a fighting chance.
Yep, just basing it on attack level is going to be really ugly for anyone joining the game eventually.
