Lost island how to recover

Here's what happened
My device is ios
Gf device is android

She load her island to my ios without knowing that she needs to get the code of my island
For it to load it back. After loading her island we don't know how to load it back.

She then uninstall her plunder pirates on her android I don't know what she's thinking
So I still got her island on my device. We then tried to load it back to her android with
Her code but it needs to remove her island to ios for it to load so I uninstall my plunder
So she could load it back then it now says error loading island

Now both our island was lost and we can't recover. I've tried to contact the support but it's like
4 to 5 days now someone informed me lynsay I think that he or she could help me with this issue so I'm here posting this

Generally not, but it has been the weekend and remember the are on London time so it's still Sunday night there.

Since our developer team is quite small they haven't had time to look at your situation yet, but once they do we'll get back to you.

 

Me again Guys i got a message saying loading my island then I recovered it
However on my gfs island she didn't get any messages regarding loading her previous island
