After spending lots of $$ on gems and time upgrading the island, I opened the game to find the tutorial screen. I'm still getting push notifications on my ipad and can see my various acheivements on Game Center. So frustrating. I contacted the company and after a few exchanges the person responding to my emails disappeared. Seriously, my island clearly exists somewhere and my ipad is able to keep track of everyone attacking it and my guild status. Why hasn't this been fixed? I can't imagine I am the only person with this issue. Anyone else successfully resolve this issue?
This might be a bit elementary but have you: 1. Made sure you're signed into Game Center And after making sure of that, 2. Tried deleting and redownloding PP?
