There's currently a known issue where if a player has won some Loyalty Tokens from a Streak Chest, subsequent Streak Chests will erroneously display that the same number of Loyalty Tokens have been awarded when they haven't been (as it's repeatedly showing the previous Tokens). Unfortunately this issue also occurs in Exploration - if you earn Tokens from a sea battle, then all subsequent battles will display the previously earned Tokens. This also affects exploration rewards. Once you earn tokens for one chest's collection, it pops up for all subsequent collections - even non chest rewards.
To be very specific, When you collect a chest reward that gives you loyalty tokens, it does NOT show up immediately as you collect that reward. The popup will show up for the *next* reward you collect (chest or not) - and every reward after that as well. It will also show when you return to the island.
