Option to "Redesign" Base is Badly Needed!

I cannot stress enough, the importance of this addition. I abhor the idea of having to move every-single-thing, just to have a rock, (or cluster of them) obstructs my way, and cause me to rethink the whole design again, and again, and again...
I believe it is an essential fundamental to this genre of MMO. I don't know if you're already writing the code(vigorously) for this basic core element. Anyways, I just want to put the word out, if you haven't already acknowledged this elementary issue.
