I know this has been mentioned elsewhere, but I can't find a dedicated thread for this so I wanted to make it have a thread where others can chime in on the topic. I was thinking that PH level should affect the amount of loot gained. It's much too easy to hunt the PH below below me who I'm sure have been storing up their resources for a while. On the receiving end, it's not fun to get blasted by a PH7 army vs your PH5 defense. 10% penalty PH difference 1 25% penalty PH 2... Something like that?
