It would be nice to have range pirates that can attack from the water like on a boat or some sort of amphibious pirate. We have pirates that come from the air so one from a boat is not a big stretch. They could have a special canon on the boat and when they are out of range come to shore and since they can't carry the canon with them would battle with 0 range similar to what happens when the Sky Raiders hit the ground.
