Prices of ''Builder's Hut'' 4th one? How much?

Can someone help a fellow pirate?
You can have 4 Builder Huts in total. The third one costs 400 gems, but what does the 4th one cost?

I think it was 1000 gems. Not 100% sure tho'

I wonder because I will probably buy some gems. So if it's 1000 I would get two huts from a 1200 gem purchase since I already got 200

I think 1200gems should do the trick.
I remember buying 1200 +500
And I bought, 2 builders huts, 1 flag pole, and spent the rest on a raid binge.
I think I had spent most of my free gems on a shield.
