"Rare" LP

I would suggest just create a special event with a mission to collect set amount of goal (e.g. BP) to recruit those “Rare” LP such as Blackbeard & Ching-Shih.
That way at least everyone had a chance to get those rare LP.
Rather than relay on the random trade ship week by week.

 

I had no idea they were rare. I guess i got lucky when the trade shipped showed up with them in it.
