Be allowed to enter a message when rejecting. We had a guy wanted to join rff2 but wasn't qualified but was ok for rff3. Would be good to have ability to say "no, go here" rather than just no. Joined rff3 anyway but point still stands. Same for kicking, demoting if applicable.
+1 as well. Happens all the time. Also wish the guild captain could send in game messages to members of the guild. Some people are impossible to contact.
