   When I visit my guild mates land, sometimes it is destroyed, and will stay that way till he logs in. I'd like to visit, and be able to start the repairs.

   The repairs take no time once your guild mate comes online so I'm not sure what this would achieve. If you want to see his island in perfect condition, make sure he is regularly playing the game
