hi, This may already have been asked, but could you add a second menu button when returning pirates from your ship to the tavern post exploration. So many Pirates lost when accidentally pushing the button to return your pirates to an already full tavern. A simple, "are you sure you wish to return your pirates" would stop a lot of frustration.
