Scrolling physics - rubber banding exaggerated

    Hi guys, great game, great graphics, great everything.

    But

    Your rubber banding physics is not properly implemented in all lists / scroll views.

    Open leaderboard.
    Scroll down a bit so say... 2nd place is at the top of the list.
    Try scroll back up. Give it a little flick and it rubber bands back down to 4th place or so.
    Scroll up slowly and release and it again rubber bands back down several places.
    You have to be oh-so-gentle to get 1st place to stay at the top of the list.

    Same story with the horizontal scroll view of recruiting pirates.
    Scroll sideways and put Gunner in the first position. Now try to show poor Buccaneer again.

    It also happens with picking what building to build and for achievements but because the icons are much larger so it's not as noticeable.

    What should happen upon overshooting, is the list should rubber band back to the first entity in the list instead of bouncing back and scrolling down / sideways again.
    (See overshooting in Springboard icons or Safari pages or really any other scrolling element in iOS apps.)

    Rubber banding is great, it's what makes iOS feel so natural over the competition. I hope this isn't too hard to fix.
