Hi - I'm trying to load an island on a new device. When I enter the share code generated from the current device, it says there's an error loading the account. Is there a bug? Do I need to reinstall the game on the new device? Any help appreciated. Thanks!
Any update/advice for this. I still can't get share codes to work. Keep getting the message "error loading island".
only advise I can offer is to email support: support@rovio.com but you may want to try reinstalling the game.. Also check to see if its linked to game centre
I also had this problem, and think it's probably just that the font they use can cause some confusion for certain letters and numbers. (I L 1, 0 and O, etc..) If one code fails, just generate another one. It should work ok.
