Can you guys make ship cannons upgradable or increase their number? In the game, the last lvl ship has 6 cannons on each side, but fires only 3 of them. Most of top bases only use it as an obstacle to cover one side of the base, as its firepower is too small. Also, is it possible to add front/back cannons? That would be great addition to the realistic ship model. Thanks!
Love it, although I'd also say that the current maxed ship is useful enough for me to wipe out large groups of gunners while they are working on something with high HP. It's the only level at which the ship gets useful IMO.
On a similar line, the guild ship is 'in port' during these battles. It doesn't have any defensive guns itself, but a nice big rear deck for gunners, heavy gunners or bombers to shoot from before they are deployed. Obviously once deployed or if empty then there is no one to shoot from.
What about having Multiple ships. Some kind of thing like a port, were you can get extra ships for exploration and defense. When they are destroyed/defeated they are gone, and you have to recruit another ship. Also when logged off, maybe the pirate captain of the ship and jump out and kill some guys. The Strongest ship/captain is black beards ship, they are like the Barbarian king but temporary and not as strong. You can also use the captain for fighting but only for 3 or just 1 fight. You have to recruit them with a whole load of money (The More you pay the more time they stay). It will take hours to find captain so for impatient people, use gems.
Given the to ph having cannons then I guess there will be troop upgrades. Need to keep balance. Depending what happens the ship firing grapeshot instead of cannon balls would be entirely in keeping. Changes damage to splash (maybe reduced damage or range or number, whatever strikes right balance). The things is firing at people not ships or building so anti personnel ammo more realistic anyway (obviously needed as rest of game is completely realistic.....). If not then keep main ship as it is but gs has grapeshot.
